So, in realizing I might have an E90 trade on my hands which might involve my E71 and would likely take place before I'd get a chance to do this, I took some nice pictures of my E71 to help me remember it by should I trade it off. Mind you, regardless of whatever phone I get next, an E71x (as a backup) or an E72 are pretty high on my list for getting, unless of course I have the E90- then I might as well get an N86.
Anyways, that's pretty much it... pretty impressive for a handset that I've owned for a year, never put a case on or even used the Nokia-supplied slip cover for! And all I ever do is just chuck it in one of the front-pockets of my jeans (and almost religiously ensure that I never put anything else in the same pocket). Well... that's it, sorry for slowing down your load time of the page with pictures of a phone. (Again.)
My friend, it will be wise if you can save your resources and get the N900 when it comes out in the middle of this month. I have an E71 white, at the moment. Before this, I had the E90 (Euro version). I miss the communicator a lot and unfortunately, it appears that Nokia will not be making a E90 replacement in 2010 from what I gather. Therefore, the N900 will be my replacement thus far. Check her out!

Yes, I think you are right. My offer to the guy also got shot down, however I was asked by someone if I might be interested in trading my E71 and DSLR for an N97... I decided that wasn't worth it.
The N900... For some reason I'm having a lot of trouble getting excited about it! I mean, I feel like Nokia has taken things that already existed and essentially shoved it all into one good-looking box. The N97 was neat, but not my cup of tea. A little... bulky appearing, plasticky. The N900 fixes that, and many of the initial flaws with the N97, but it's still not... edgy enough for me.
I'm really eyeing the N86 with a lot of interest. For a start it's smaller, got a glass face on it, got that 8mp camera, OLED, and FM transmitter (gimmicky, but I'd use it). And it's understated, too. But I will take a good look at the N900 in a bit... just as soon as I polish off this quiz I'm headed off to. :P
